Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and develop innovative interior trim solutions for automotive clients using Catia V5 software.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into production-ready parts.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.

- Develop solid relationships with customers through excellent communication, ensuring their needs are met throughout the design process.

Job Requirements :

- 14-16 years of experience in plastic product design, preferably in the automotive industry.

- Proficiency in Catia V5 software for designing complex components such as instrument panels, consoles, and center consoles.

- Strong understanding of customer handling skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

- Excellent team handling abilities to lead a team of designers towards achieving project goals.
