Key Responsibilities

- Lead full-cycle recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements of roles and create job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.
- Maintain an organized applicant tracking system to streamline the hiring process.
- Provide candidates with an outstanding experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.

Skills and Tools Required

- Proven experience as an IT recruiter, with a strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with candidates.
- Experience in US IT Staffing, working on W2, C2C and 1099
- Robust organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple open positions efficiently.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Dice and Monster.
- Ability to assess technical skills through interviews and testing methods.
- Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to building a talent pipeline.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
