ZS's Insights & Analytics group partners with clients to design and deliver solutions to help them tackle a broad range of business challenges. Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations and solutions are based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership.

What you'll do:

1. Develop and implement digital twin architectures for patient modeling, using structured and unstructured patient data.
2. Research novel AI and translate it into innovative new approaches
3. Provide SME support to other project and engineering teams
4. Work closely with AI clients on their solutions both on AI engagements and as part of a broader engagements
5. Lead or contribute to research initiatives targeting innovation in patient simulation, precision medicine, and virtual clinical trials.
6. Stay abreast of emerging AI and healthcare trends; contribute to thought leadership through publications, patents, or conference presentations.
7. Mentor junior AI team members on their technical skills and expertise
8. Help grow the AI EC to build an amazing team of deep AI experts

What you’ll bring:

1. 5+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions
2.



Bachelor's Degree or higher in AI, Data Science, Computer Science or related major
3. Proven expertise developing patient predictive models or patient digital twins. Experience with digital twin platforms preferred
4. Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and strong programming skills in Python.
5. Solid understanding of GANs, diffusion models, CNNs, and Transformers for real-world data applications.
6. Hands-on experience with healthcare data (EHR, EMR, claims, genomic, imaging, or sensor data).
7. Research or publication experience in AI for health / patient modeling domains.

Hybrid working model:

ZS is committed to a Adaptable and Connected way of working. ZSers are onsite at clients or ZS offices three days a week. Combined flexibility to work remotely two days a week is also available.
