**Job Location:

** Kalyani Nagar, Pune

Open Positions:

- HR Executive
- Senior HR Executive

Qualification: BBA / MBA in HR Experience: 2–4 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely candidate follow-ups.
- Manage offer rollouts, joining formalities, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned hiring requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
