Senior HR Recruiter – MedPlus - Pharmacy Division

Location: Chennai South, Tamil Nadu

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Experience: 2–7 years in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Duty Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to support recruitment for MedPlus stores in Chennai South. The candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring retail sales staff and blue-collar employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for MedPlus retail stores.
- Source and recruit sales staff and blue-collar employees, including delivery boys.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and follow up until joining.
- Handle multiple vacancies and achieve recruitment targets.
- Coordinate with store teams and hiring managers to close vacancies on time.

Preferred Experience
- 2–7 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.




- Experience hiring retail sales staff and blue-collar candidates is essential.
- Experience recruiting Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants will be an added advantage.
- Robust sourcing, communication, and candidate follow-up skills.
