We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer who can develop high-quality visual content, execute branding strategies, and create compelling designs for digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, excellent visual judgment, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Role Overview The candidate will be responsible for creating impactful design solutions across social media, branding, advertising, websites, and other digital platforms. They should be comfortable understanding client requirements, collaborating with internal teams, and delivering creative work that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality social media creatives, campaign visuals, banners, and digital advertisements.
- Develop branding assets, including logos, brand identities, brochures, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
- Design website banners, landing page visuals, and other digital assets.
- Develop creative concepts and translate briefs into visually engaging designs.
- Collaborate with content writers, social media managers, marketing teams, and other designers.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs and client projects.




- Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver designs within deadlines.
- Review and refine designs based on client feedback and internal team inputs.
- Stay updated with current design trends, creative tools, and digital marketing requirements.
- Ensure high standards of design quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating designs for social media, digital advertising, branding, and marketing campaigns.
- Ability to develop original concepts and execute designs with minimal supervision.
- Robust creative thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work is mandatory.

Preferred / Good-to-Have

- Experience working with a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro for basic motion graphics and video editing.
- Understanding of social media platforms, advertising formats, and campaign requirements.
- Experience handling multiple brands or client accounts.
