Role Description: The Sr. E-commerce Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for driving online sales performance across marketplaces and brand-owned platforms. This role involves managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory visibility to optimize conversion and revenue.

The Sr. E-commerce Executive will monitor daily performance metrics, analyze customer behavior, and coordinate with marketing, operations, and merchandising teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and efficient order fulfilment. They will also handle key account relationships with marketplace partners, support customer issue resolution related to online orders, and contribute to strategic initiatives that improve the digital shopping experience and brand visibility.

Experience: 2-4 Years

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret e-commerce data, track KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making.




- Account management experience in handling marketplace or platform partners and maintaining productive relationships.
- Sales and sales management skills to plan, execute, and optimize online sales strategies and promotions.
- Team management capabilities to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely execution of e-commerce initiatives.
- Experience in e-commerce operations, including listing management, inventory coordination, and order processing.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, marketplace dashboards, and Excel or similar analytical tools.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field; experience in fashion or retail is an advantage.
