Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Development: Creating detailed 3D models and drawings for mechanical systems using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA).

2. Prototyping and Testing: Overseeing the development of prototypes and conducting tests to ensure functionality, performance, and safety.

3. Analysis and Simulation: Performing stress, thermal, and fluid flow analyses to optimize designs for strength, efficiency, and durability.

4. Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams, including electrical, software, and manufacturing engineers, to integrate components into larger systems.

5. Design Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in existing products and suggesting design modifications to enhance performance, reduce costs, or improve manufacturability.

6. Documentation: Creating and maintaining design documentation,



including schematics, user manuals, and production specifications.

7. Mentoring: Leading and mentoring junior engineers, reviewing their designs, and offering guidance.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, etc.)

- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.

- Experience with design for manufacturability and cost optimization.

- Knowledge of engineering standards and regulatory requirements.

- Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Good communication and teamwork skills, as interaction with other departments is essential.
