About the Role

Royal International is looking for an experienced Senior CAD/CAM Engineer with robust expertise in 2D/3D designing, CAM programming, and CNC machining. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engineering designs, generating CNC programs, optimizing machining processes, and ensuring precision and quality in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and modify 2D and 3D engineering drawings, models, and assemblies.
- Generate toolpaths and CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.
- Prepare, simulate, edit, and optimize CNC programs.
- Work with CNC machines, tooling, cutting tools, and machining parameters.
- Apply knowledge of G-code, M-code, offsets, and tool compensation.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, tolerances, and material specifications.
- Troubleshoot design, programming, and machining issues.
- Coordinate with production, quality control, and engineering teams.
- Prepare BOMs, setup sheets, process sheets, and technical documentation.
- Support product development, process improvement, cost reduction, and quality assurance.





Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and 2D/3D CAD designing.
- Practical knowledge of CAM software and CNC programming.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks, Creo, Mastercam, or equivalent software.
- Knowledge of CNC machine setup, tool selection, feeds, speeds, and machining operations.
- Understanding of precision measurement, dimensional tolerances, and quality control.
- Knowledge of CNC Wire EDM / Wire Cut EDM will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3–7 years of relevant CAD/CAM/CNC experience.
- Hands-on experience in precision manufacturing and CAD/CAM-based workflows.
- Experience in medical equipment, surgical instruments, hospital furniture, or precision components is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and coordination skills.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
