Job Title: Sr. Analyst - Workday Engineer

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune (5 days Onsite)

Shift Time: 2PM-11PM IST / 3PM-12AM IST

Job Summary

Seeking 8+ years of hands-on Workday technical experience. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Workday HCM Core and Workday Projects modules, with proven experience in integrations, reporting, and technical solution development. Experience in Workday Recruiting and Expenses is highly preferred. Only technical Workday experience will be considered towards the required experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support Workday technical solutions and integrations.
- Build and maintain Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connector, and API-based integrations.
- Develop complex reports, calculated fields, and data extracts.
- Configure and support Workday HCM Core and Projects technical enhancements.
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Support Workday releases, troubleshoot production and deployment issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and integration specifications.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree with over 8 years of hands-on Workday technical experience.
- Strong hands-on technical experience with Workday HCM Core and Projects; experience with Recruiting and Expense is highly desired.
- Proven experience with Workday Studio,



EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP Web Services.
- Strong knowledge of Workday reporting, calculated fields, and business processes.
- Experience integrating Workday with external applications and third-party systems.
