EssentiallySports is hiring content managers for the Nascar division to add to its dynamic and innovative team!.

EssentiallySports is a digital sports media platform serving modern fandom. Primarily aimed at serving the American audience, ES is industry leading new-age media that has multiple products and IPs under its portfolio.

Over the years, the company has evolved from a traditional content publisher into a broader media ecosystem that includes editorial coverage, creator-led IPs, newsletters, branded storytelling, and fan-engagement initiatives.

Our work today is driven by one core principle, that of building sustained relationships with audiences, not just generating one-time traffic.

Key Responsibilities

- Finding and allotting well researched topics everyday on daily happenings of the Nascar world and its biggest athletes using the internet, social media platforms, podcasts as well as other sources that may be decided by the team.
- Acting as the liaison between your division and enabler departments such as social media, SEO, editorial and operations, to name a few.



This particularly includes duties such as strategizing and management of ES-owned social media pages, and overseeing research efforts by the SEO researcher.
- Fulfilling any data/documentation requirements as instructed by the Content Strategy team.

Requirements

1.Good knowledge and understanding of Nascar and its driver' community in general.

2.You have a positive grasp of the fundamentals of the English language and are well-versed with/are keen on learning more about American culture.

3.To work in harmony with the Content Team, Editorial Team and the Managerial Group to uphold the efficiency, quality and standards of EssentiallySports.

4.Prior experience of at least 2 years of content ideation and management would be a big plus.Prior understanding of tools such as Google Analytics, CrowdTangle and leading SEO tools would be a plus.
