About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with speech, language, communication, and related difficulties. The ideal candidate should have solid clinical skills, good communication abilities, and a patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct speech and language assessments and identify communication difficulties.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings and client needs.
- Provide speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and communication therapy as appropriate.
- Track and document client progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals.
- Provide guidance and home-based activities to support continued progress.
- Participate in case discussions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams when required.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in clinical practice.

Eligibility & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology / BASLP:



Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology / MASLP: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Candidates should have a strong understanding of speech and language assessment and therapy.
- Proficiency in Hindi is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant professional registration/certification as applicable.

- Experience working with children and/or adults with communication difficulties.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Empathetic, patient, and client-focused approach.
- Good documentation and case-management skills.
