- Role: Acts as the primary front-desk point of contact for bookings and guest flow.

- Key Duties: Handle reservations, check-ins, and cashiering, explain treatment choices, manage spa software, and coordinate therapist schedules.

- Requirements: Hospitality background,

- Role: Maintains physical facilities, cleanliness, and guest comfort.

- Key Duties: Upkeep locker rooms, thermal suites, saunas, and relaxation lounges, manage linen circulation, and restock amenity bars.
