Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled South Indian CDP to manage cloud kitchen operations and prepare authentic South Indian dishes while maintaining food quality, taste, hygiene, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare authentic South Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
- Handle bulk cooking and online food order preparation.
- Manage daily cloud kitchen operations and ensure timely order dispatch.
- Maintain food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
- Monitor stock, ingredients,



and food wastage.
- Coordinate with Commis Chefs and kitchen helpers.

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine.
- Knowledge of bulk cooking and cloud kitchen operations preferred.
- Good teamwork and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain consistent food quality during peak hours.
