About Fitora Foods

Fitora is a healthy meal subscription kitchen in Trivandrum. We cook fresh Kerala-style lunch and dinner boxes (rice, curry, thoran, pachadi, fish, chicken, beef, paneer, dosa, chapathi) for daily customers, with low oil and controlled portions.

What you will do

- Run daily lunch and dinner production for our meal boxes
- Cook authentic Kerala and South Indian dishes: fish curry, chicken curry, beef roast, thoran, avial, sambar, pachadi
- Lead and train assistant cooks and kitchen helpers
- Follow standard recipes and portion weights for each diet plan
- Maintain hygiene, FSSAI standards, FIFO storage and stock control
- Help create new healthy dishes with our dietitian

Who we are looking for
- 3+ years as Sous Chef,



Senior CDP, CDP, Head Cook or South Indian Cook
- Hotel, restaurant, catering, cloud kitchen or institutional kitchen experience

- Strong Kerala cuisine skills
- Can speak Malayalam (English is a plus)

Good to have: experience in bulk cooking, catering, healthy or diet food, food costing
