Job Title: Sourcing Head

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities

- Map, onboard, segment and activate CPs relevant to Grade-A commercial office buyers and investors.
- Create weekly CP activation plans: meetings, project presentations, broker events, site previews, micro-market outreach and reactivation.
- Build relationships with commercial brokers, investment advisors, local business associations, industrial / SME networks and HNI connectors.
- Ensure CPs understand product positioning, inventory, price band, investment case, payment plan and key objections.
- Track CP-level funnel: active CPs, leads, qualified leads, visits, negotiations, bookings, value and conversion.
- Coordinate with Closing Head for CP-led site visits and deal progression; prevent lead ownership disputes.




- Identify top-performing CPs and create structured engagement / recognition plans within approved company policies.
- Provide competitor intelligence, buyer feedback and market pricing insights to Site Head and Marketing.

Required Qualifications

- Strong and active Pune CP network with evidence of actual productivity, not merely contact counts.
- Commercial office / retail / investor-sales exposure preferred; must understand how the commercial buyer differs from a residential enduser.
- Able to pitch yield, appreciation, tenant / leasing potential and location economics to CPs.
- Solid field orientation; should spend meaningful time in the market, not only at site.
