Job Summary

DGS Groups Builders & Developers is looking for experienced Sales Sourcing Managers with strong knowledge of the Andheri and Lokhandwala real estate markets. The ideal candidate should have an established Channel Partner (CP) network, robust market connections, and proven expertise in sourcing leads for residential real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified sales leads through Channel Partners, brokers, and property consultants.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new CPs.
- Build and expand the channel partner network across Andheri, Lokhandwala, and nearby markets.
- Identify new sourcing opportunities and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand competitor projects, pricing, and market trends.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Maintain an updated database of channel partners, leads,



and sourcing activities.
- Achieve sourcing targets and contribute to overall sales performance.

Candidate Requirements

- 4–6 years of experience in real estate sales sourcing.
- Strong knowledge of the Andheri, Lokhandwala, and surrounding real estate markets.
- Excellent existing Channel Partner (CP) base and broker network.
- Prior experience working with real estate builders and developers is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to generate quality leads and achieve sourcing targets.
