? HIRING ALERT | Solutions Specialist – Quick Commerce

? Experience: 4–6 Years overall, including 2–3 years in Quick Commerce

We are looking for a Solutions Specialist – Quick Commerce to bridge the gap between consumer brands and a SaaS-based data intelligence platform. The ideal candidate will combine strong Quick Commerce domain knowledge, analytical skills and customer-facing expertise to drive product adoption and business growth.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer onboarding, product demos and platform walkthroughs.
- Help consumer brands optimize their Quick Commerce performance using data-driven insights.
- Analyze key metrics and recommend strategies to improve sales, fill rates, availability and market share.
- Gather customer feedback, identify product improvement opportunities and coordinate with internal teams.
- Support UAT, troubleshoot issues and assist with customized reporting and dashboards.
- Drive product adoption, customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Support sales teams in technical discussions and product demonstrations.

? Mandatory Skills ✅ 4–6 years of experience with consumer brands and online sales growth.





✅ 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Quick Commerce channels.

✅ Experience with Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart .

✅ Strong understanding of primary sales, offtake, fill rate, Share of Voice (SOV), availability, market share, linking and OSA.

✅ Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.

✅ Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

? Preferred Qualifications

- MBA or equivalent qualification.
- Experience with SaaS products, data analytics, customer solutions or pre-sales.
- Working knowledge of Excel, SQL or BI tools.
- Familiarity with dashboards, reporting tools and API-based integrations.
