Job Summary

We are hiring experienced travel professionals for the Solutions Travel process. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate travel or the travel industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer queries through both voice and non-voice channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries related to corporate travel bookings, reservations, and travel arrangements.
- Manage travel-related requests through voice calls, emails, and chat.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and other travel requirements.
- Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high service quality.
- Maintain accurate booking records and update customer information in the system.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Mandatory Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory.




- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel or the travel industry.
- Experience in a blended process (Voice + Non-Voice) is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of travel bookings, reservations, and travel operations.
