About the Role

We are looking for a Solutions Architect – AI who can bridge the gap between business problems, AI capabilities, software architecture, and engineering execution .

You will work closely with clients, founders, business stakeholders, sales, and engineering teams to understand complex requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, commercially viable AI-powered solutions .

The ideal candidate is someone who can confidently sit in a client meeting, understand the business problem, design the technology solution, explain the architecture, estimate effort, and work with engineers to ensure successful implementation.

This is a highly strategic and hands-on role with significant exposure to AI consulting, solution design, pre-sales, architecture, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities1. AI Solution Architecture

- Design end-to-end AI-powered solutions for startups, enterprises, and modern businesses.
- Architect solutions involving Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, NLP, Computer Vision, Voice AI, Machine Learning, and intelligent automation .
- Design scalable application, data, AI, API, integration, and cloud architectures.
- Select appropriate technologies, frameworks, models, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
- Define architecture principles, technical standards, security considerations, and scalability strategies.
- Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions and third-party AI platforms.

1. Client Consulting & Discovery

- Participate in client discovery calls and technical workshops.
- Understand business objectives, pain points, existing technology environments, and desired outcomes.
- Convert business requirements into technical requirements and solution blueprints.
- Identify opportunities where AI, automation, modernization, or digital engineering can create measurable business value.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

1. Pre-Sales & Solution Engineering

- Work closely with the CEO, CRO, sales, and engineering teams during the pre-sales lifecycle.
- Develop technical proposals, solution approaches, architecture diagrams, statements of work, and estimates.
- Conduct technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
- Support RFP/RFI responses and technical due diligence.
- Help define project scope, milestones, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and delivery approach.




- Participate in client presentations and technical negotiations when required.

1. AI & Technology Leadership

- Stay current with rapidly evolving AI technologies and engineering practices.
- Evaluate new LLMs, AI APIs, agentic frameworks, cloud AI services, developer tools, and automation platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve engineering productivity using AI-assisted development.
- Establish reusable AI architecture patterns, accelerators, frameworks, and solution components.
- Guide engineering teams on implementing production-grade AI systems.

1. Architecture & Engineering Collaboration

- Collaborate with software engineers, AI/ML engineers, DevOps engineers, data engineers, and product teams.
- Review technical designs and architecture decisions.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, observable, and cost-efficient.
- Provide technical direction during implementation.
- Identify architectural risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure alignment between proposed architecture and actual implementation.

1. Cloud & Infrastructure

Hands-on understanding of one or more major cloud platforms is expected:
- AWS

What We Are Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Architecture, Software Architecture, AI Engineering, or related roles .
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture and system design.
- Practical understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.




- Experience working with engineering teams and leading technical discussions.
- Experience creating architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
- Ability to estimate projects and contribute to proposals/SOWs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Strong ownership mentality and willingness to get hands-on when required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international clients, particularly US, UK, Canada, Australia, or UAE markets.
- Experience in an AI consulting, software engineering, digital transformation, or technology services company.
- Experience with enterprise architecture.
- Experience in pre-sales or solution consulting.
- Experience building AI/LLM proof-of-concepts.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar AI ecosystems.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft, or other enterprise ecosystems is a plus.
