Solution Architect - Telecom OSS

Location: PAN India

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end Telecom OSS/BSS and Service Assurance solutions.

- Architect solutions for Fault Management, Performance Management, Event Correlation, RCA and Service Impact Analysis.

- Apply TM Forum eTOM, SID, TAM and Open APIs in solution architecture.

- Design integrations using REST APIs, Kafka and API Gateway.

- Provide architecture for cloud-native, microservices, DevOps and AIOps solutions.

- Collaborate with business, network and engineering teams on solution design.

Mandatory Skills

- 10+ years of experience with strong Telecom OSS/BSS architecture exposure.

- TM Forum: eTOM, SID, TAM, Open APIs.

- Service Assurance, Fault Management, Performance Management, Event Correlation.

- Robust understanding of 4G/5G, RAN, Core, IMS/VoLTE, IP and Transport.

- Exposure to OSS platforms such as Netcool, Spectrum, MYCOM, OneProbe or SIGOS.

- RCA, Service Impact Analysis, REST APIs, Kafka and API Gateway.
