Job Summary
JOVE Multisystems Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and technically motivated freshers to join our Solar Projects team. Selected candidates will receive practical training in solar power system installation, electrical wiring, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE),
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of solar panels and mounting structures.
- Learn solar inverter installation and DC/AC electrical wiring.
- Assist with rooftop solar system installation and commissioning.
- Perform basic electrical testing using a multimeter and other testing instruments under supervision.
- Support inspection, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of solar power systems.
- Learn electrical safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist project engineers and senior technicians at customer sites.
- Prepare daily work reports and maintain installation and service records.
- Travel to project sites as required.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic concepts.
- Interest in solar energy and renewable energy technology.
- Willingness to learn practical installation and maintenance skills.
- Positive teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work at field locations and travel for project assignments.
