Job Purpose

Responsible for operating and monitoring solar cell manufacturing processes including TOPCon and PERC production lines, ensuring production targets, quality compliance, and machine efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor solar cell manufacturing equipment.

- Handle processes such as

- Texturing

- Diffusion

- PSG Removal

- PECVD

- Laser Process

- Printing

- Firing
- TOPCon Tunnel Oxide & Poly Deposition
- Ensure production targets are achieved.
- Conduct routine process checks and maintain production records.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting.
- Minimize process losses and wastage.
- Follow SOPs, EHS, and quality guidelines.
- Maintain 5S and workplace discipline.
