Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Software Testing Trainer to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs in Software Quality Assurance. The ideal candidate must possess deep practical expertise in both Manual and Automation testing methodologies. You will be responsible for transforming beginners and working professionals into job-ready QA engineers by teaching industry-standard frameworks, tools, and best practices

Key Responsibilities

· Training Delivery: Conduct highly interactive offline or online training sessions covering core Manual Testing concepts and advanced Automation frameworks.

· Curriculum Development: Design and continuously update course syllabus, presentations, practice labs, and Design course outlines, syllabus structures, lab exercises, code assignments, and assessment tests.

· Hands-on Mentorship: Guide learners through step-by-step framework design, test execution, script writing, and real-time project implementation.

· Assessments & Feedback: Create assignments, mock tests, and project evaluations to measure learner progress, providing constructive one-on-one feedback.

· Interview Preparation: Conduct mock interviews, assist with resume building, and explain complex QA interview problems to prepare candidates for corporate placement.

- Tool & Framework Instruction: Teach popular test automation frameworks and tools (such as Selenium, Playwright,



Test Complete, or API testing suites).
- Project Mentorship: Guide learners through real-time mini-projects, live bug-tracking simulations, and framework building from scratch.

Required Technical Skills · Manual Testing Core: Expert knowledge of the SDLC & STLC, Bug Life Cycle, writing test cases/scenarios, and Defect Tracking tools like Jira.

- Automation Tools: Solid proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Appium, or Test Complete.
- Programming Languages: Hands-on experience with Java, Python, TypeScript, or C#.
- Frameworks & APIs: Knowledge of TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber (BDD), and REST Assured for API testing.

· API Testing: Hands-on experience testing REST APIs using Postman or Rest Assured. · Database Testing: Good understanding of SQL basics (queries, joins, DDL/DML operations).

· Other Add-ons: Conceptual knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), and Agile/Scrum processes

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
- Training Experience: Minimum 5 year of proven experience as a corporate trainer, online instructor, or technical tutor is highly preferred.
- Certification: Certification from ISTQB (Foundation level or higher) is a major advantage

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
