We are seeking a talented and innovative Software Engineer specializing in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to design, develop, and integrate intelligent AI-powered applications. The candidate will work on building LLM-based solutions, developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, integrating vector databases, and creating scalable backend services for enterprise AI applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills, practical experience with Generative AI technologies, and the ability to transform business requirements into reliable, scalable, and efficient AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Generative AI technologies and Large Language Models.
- Integrate LLM APIs and open-source models into software applications to enable intelligent automation and natural language interactions.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for context-aware responses and document-based information retrieval.
- Work with vector databases to implement embeddings, semantic search, and efficient retrieval mechanisms.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve response accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
- Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Implement document processing, text chunking, embedding generation, and retrieval workflows.
- Evaluate LLM outputs and improve response quality, reliability, and overall application performance.
- Troubleshoot issues related to model responses, retrieval accuracy, latency,



and API integrations.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design and deliver production-ready AI features.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable code and follow software engineering best practices.
- Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and backend development.
- Hands-on experience building Generative AI or LLM-powered applications.
- Good understanding of Large Language Models, LLM APIs, and prompt engineering.
- Practical knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture.
- Familiarity with LangChain or similar LLM application development frameworks.
- Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) fundamentals.
- Experience developing REST APIs using FastAPI or similar Python frameworks.
- Understanding of API integration, application testing, and debugging.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and deliver high-quality software solutions.

The candidate should be eager to solve real-world problems using modern AI technologies while contributing to scalable, production-ready software solutions.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
