About The Department

- Join a high-performing technology team that drives Fiduciary Trust’s digital transformation across user experience, middle-tier services, data, analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. The team works in an agile, matrixed environment and partners with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, Artificial Intelligence-enabled platforms that enhance client experience and improve operational efficiency.

How You Will Add Value?

Core Responsibilities

- You will design scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- You will build Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning-powered platform capabilities.
- You will develop secure Application Programming Interfaces using REST and OpenAPI.
- You will create cloud-native solutions on Azure or similar platforms.
- You will implement deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- You will partner with Product, Data Science, and Compliance teams.
- You will ensure performance, security, resilience, and observability standards.





Strategic Responsibilities

- You will enhance Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines and automation.
- You will champion modern engineering and architecture practices.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?

Experience

- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale technology implementations.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence-assisted development tools, including Copilot, Codex, and Devin.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and integration patterns.

Technical Skills

- Expertise in architecture and system design.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, cloud-native architectures, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with REST and OpenAPI standards.
- Financial services or wealth management experience preferred.
- Experience supporting platform modernization initiatives.

Soft Skills

- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Effective stakeholder management skills.
