We are looking for a hands-on Software Developer to manage and enhance an existing Learning Management System (LMS) and build internal software, dashboards and automation tools for business operations.

The candidate should be comfortable working independently, maintaining existing applications and developing new features based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, maintain and enhance the existing LMS.
- Develop recent features, fix bugs and improve application performance.
- Build internal business applications, dashboards, CRM tools and workflow automation.
- Work with APIs, databases, authentication and user management.
- Manage application deployment, hosting, debugging and technical documentation.
- Integrate third-party services such as video hosting and payment platforms where required.
- Collaborate directly with management to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Technical Skills
- Frontend: React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Backend: Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs




- Database: MongoDB, MongoDB Atlas
- Cloud & Deployment: AWS, cloud hosting and deployment management
- Tools: Git, GitHub, VS Code
- Experience maintaining and extending existing web applications.
- Ability to develop software independently and troubleshoot technical issues.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with AWS S3 and CloudFront.
- Experience with role-based access control, authentication and session management.
- Familiarity with mobile application development or cross-platform frameworks.

Candidate Profile We are looking for a self-driven developer with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to take ownership of technical tasks in a growing business environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
