Job Summary

Techno Dot Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Soft Skills Trainer to help students and young professionals develop essential communication, interpersonal, and workplace readiness skills.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, practical training experience, and the ability to deliver engaging, interactive sessions that prepare students for professional careers.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive soft skills and personality development training sessions.
- Train students in English communication, public speaking, presentation skills, and qualified etiquette.
- Provide interview preparation, mock interviews, and group discussion training.
- Develop students' confidence, teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Conduct career readiness and employability skills training.
- Prepare training materials, activities, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate with academic and placement teams to improve students' job readiness.
- Maintain training records and monitor student progress.

Required Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in soft skills training, communication training, or personality development.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage students through practical activities and interactive learning.
- Good knowledge of interview techniques, corporate etiquette, and employability skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.

Preferred Skills
- Experience training college students, fresh graduates, or job seekers.
- Knowledge of corporate communication and workplace expectations.
- Experience conducting mock interviews and group discussions.
- Ability to communicate in Malayalam and English.
- Strong mentoring and motivational skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
