TSC Finserv Private Limited is looking for a creative, proactive, and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to manage our social media presence, build brand awareness, and create engaging content across digital platforms.

Position: Social Media Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 3–4 years preferred; freshers with relevant skills and a strong portfolio are also welcome.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Manage the company's social media accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Plan, create, and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Write engaging captions, create post ideas, and develop content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Coordinate with the design and video production team to create high-quality social media posts, Reels, videos, and other creative content.
- Stay updated on social media trends, trending formats, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Monitor social media performance using relevant analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
- Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance to improve results.
- Engage with the online audience,



respond to comments and messages, and help build an active digital community.
- Explore creative campaigns and new content ideas to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.

What We’re Looking For
- A positive understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and content formats.
- Experience in managing social media accounts and planning content calendars.
- Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Creativity and the ability to develop engaging content ideas.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Knowledge of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to experiment with new ideas.
- A portfolio showcasing previous social media work, campaigns, or content is preferred.
