We specialise in 100% pure cotton, artisanal apparel focused on slow fashion, personal storytelling, and authentic craftsmanship. We are looking for an energetic Marketer & Content Strategist who can blend creative storytelling with data-driven performance ads to scale our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media &

• Content Creation:

Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-engaging Instagram Reels, UGC, and short-form video content highlighting our brand story and products.
- Meta Ads Management: Plan, set up, test, and scale paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Instagram &

• Facebook) to drive conversions and return on ad spend (ROAS).

- Copywriting &

• Storytelling:

Draft high-converting ad copy, Instagram captions, and email newsletters aligned with our brand tone.
- Performance Tracking: Analyse key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, Engagement Rate) weekly and optimise ad creatives and organic strategy accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our founder and creative collaborators to execute monthly content calendars and campaign launches.

Qualifications &

• Requirements

- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts and running Meta Ads for a D2C or fashion/lifestyle brand.
- Content Skills:



Proficiency in mobile video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot) and basic design tools (Canva/Photoshop).
- Ad Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, pixel/CAPI setups, and A/B testing ad creatives.
- Mindset: Strong blend of creative storytelling intuition and data-driven analytical thinking.
