Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness, community engagement, and lead generation for A4agility and its products, including Sidekickk. The specialist will manage daily social media activities, including content calendars, post scheduling, audience interaction, and monitoring conversations relevant to agility, wellness, and organizational transformation.

The role involves tracking performance metrics,



analyzing campaign results, and optimizing strategies based on insights and trends. Collaboration with marketing, product, and coaching teams is expected to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall business goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan and execute effective online campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop compelling, brand-aligned content and initiatives.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage audiences, collaborate with internal teams, and represent the brand clearly and professionally.
- Candidates should have experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Instagram, analytics dashboards).
- Candidates should demonstrate an understanding of agile principles, interest in wellness and transformation, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Candidates should ideally have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates should be able to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
