We're looking for a creative, aesthetically driven, design-conscious, and AI-savvy Social Media Specialist who understands visual storytelling, has a strong sense of design, and knows how to create content that makes people stop scrolling.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, and manage monthly social media content calendars.
- Conceptualise visually appealing content, including reels, carousels, static posts, stories, and campaigns.
- Maintain a strong aesthetic direction and visual consistency across different brand accounts.
- Write engaging captions, scroll-stopping hooks, and compelling social media copy.
- Use AI tools for content ideation, research, creative development, visual generation, and workflow optimisation.
- Stay updated with design trends, social media trends, emerging AI tools, and platform updates.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to execute high-quality creative ideas.
- Manage social media scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
- Analyse social media performance and recommend improvements based on insights.
- Conduct competitor research and identify creative opportunities for brands.
- Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring quality, consistency, and timely execution.

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably at a digital marketing agency.
- Strong aesthetic sense and visual understanding — an eye for composition, colours, typography, layouts,



and premium-looking content.
- Excellent sense of design — the ability to identify what looks good, provide clear creative direction, and maintain a consistent brand identity.
- Working knowledge of AI tools is mandatory — ability to use AI for research, content creation, creative ideation, image generation, and improving productivity.
- Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney, Higgsfield, or similar creative AI platforms.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and current content trends.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Ability to conceptualise engaging reels, campaigns, and visually compelling content.
- Understanding of branding, audience behaviour, and content positioning.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva, and social media analytics tools.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to experiment and innovate.

Bonus Points If You
- Have experience with fashion, lifestyle, luxury, beauty, or D2C brands.
- Can create moodboards, visual references, and creative briefs independently.
- Have hands-on experience with AI image and video generation.
- Understand the difference between aesthetically pleasing content and content that actually performs.
- Can translate emerging trends into original, brand-relevant ideas.
