Kalpvriksh Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern to manage and grow our official Instagram account. The intern will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and monitoring Instagram content to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, reach, and followers.

Key Responsibilities

- Instagram Account Management: Handle the company's official Instagram account, including regular posting, Stories, Reels, and profile updates.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content related to real estate, property buying, investment opportunities, projects, and company updates.
- Reels & Video Editing: Develop creative Reel ideas, edit videos, add suitable music, transitions, captions, and trending elements.
- Content Planning: Prepare and maintain a weekly content calendar for Instagram posts, Stories, and Reels.
- Graphic Design: Design professional posts, promotional creatives, and property-related content using Canva or similar tools.
- Audience Engagement: Monitor comments, respond to messages and enquiries appropriately, and engage with followers.
- Growth & Reach: Research relevant trends, hashtags, and content strategies to increase Instagram reach, engagement, and followers.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor views, reach, impressions, profile visits, and engagement, and suggest improvements based on insights.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain Kalpvriksh's premium brand image, visual identity, tone, and messaging across all content.
- Coordination: Work with the HR and management teams to collect updates, photos, videos,



and information required for social media content.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Instagram and its professional features.
- Creativity and an understanding of social media trends.
- Knowledge of Canva and basic video-editing applications.
- Good communication and caption-writing skills.
- Interest in digital marketing, branding, and real estate.
- Ability to plan content, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Willingness to learn Instagram analytics and audience-growth strategies.
