We help businesses strengthen their online presence, reach their target audiences, generate leads, and grow their brands.

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Intern / Executive to manage our company's social media accounts, create engaging content, and plan and execute paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Content Planning: Develop social media content calendars and plan regular posts, stories, reels, and promotional campaigns.
- Content Creation: Create engaging social media posts, captions, creatives, and short-form video content using tools such as Canva and other design or AI tools.
- Paid Advertising: Set up, manage, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and other relevant platforms.
- Campaign Optimization: Monitor ad performance, manage budgets, test different creatives and audiences, and improve campaign results.
- Audience Engagement: Respond to comments and messages, encourage engagement, and help build an active online community.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track social media growth, reach, engagement, website traffic, leads, and advertising performance. Prepare regular performance reports.
- Brand Awareness: Develop creative ideas and campaigns to promote the company's digital marketing services, including SEO, AI SEO, web design, and social media marketing.
- Competitor Research: Analyze competitors, industry trends, hashtags, and new social media features to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead Generation:



Help generate business inquiries and qualified leads through organic social media activities and paid campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Basic to strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising through Meta Ads Manager.
- Good written communication and caption-writing skills.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar tools for creating social media creatives.
- Understanding of social media analytics, audience targeting, and campaign performance metrics.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new marketing tools, trends, and strategies.
- Positive organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns.
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels, short-form video content, and social media growth strategies.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and AI-powered content creation tools.
