Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing social media accounts across multiple platforms, such as LinkedIn

Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Plan and schedule reels, posts, captions, creatives, and other social media content.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and content ideas relevant to the business.
- Focus on increasing organic reach, audience engagement, followers, comments, and

shares without relying on paid promotions.
- Engage with the audience through comments, relevant interactions, and community

building.
- Monitor post performance and maintain basic engagement reports.
- Suggest creative ideas to improve brand visibility and audience interaction.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule across platforms.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of handling multiple social media platforms.
- Understanding of likes, comments, shares, reach, impressions, and engagement.
- Good written communication skills and creativity.
- Willingness to learn content planning, social media analytics, and organic growth

strategies.




- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.

Learning Outcomes During this 30-day internship, the intern will gain practical exposure to:

- Social media performance tracking and reporting.
- Basic digital marketing strategies.

Internship Terms

- Duration: 30 days from the date of joining.
- Stipend: This is an unpaid internship; no stipend or salary will be provided.
- Performance: The intern is expected to demonstrate consistency, creativity, initiative,

and measurable efforts toward improving organic engagement.
- Certificate: An internship completion certificate may be provided upon successful

completion of the internship and fulfilment of assigned responsibilities. Also, if the performance is satisfactory, the said intern might get full-time paid employment with Amitaujas LLP as its Social Media Marketing Executive.
