Role Description The Social Media Manager role at Vrs Universal is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.

Responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, optimizing profiles and posts for reach and performance, and monitoring analytics to improve campaigns. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to support recruitment, training, and consulting initiatives,



responding to comments and messages, and staying updated on social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow online presence.

- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.

- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan campaigns, align content with business goals, and maintain a consistent posting calendar.

- Candidates should have familiarity with major social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and basic analytics tools.
