We are expanding into digital marketing and social media content creation to help businesses strengthen their online presence through creative videos, engaging content, and strategic marketing.

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Social Media Manager who can manage social media accounts, develop engaging content, and help businesses grow their digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Plan, create, and manage engaging content, including reels, short videos, stories, and posts.
- Coordinate with videographers, video editors, graphic designers, and on-camera presenters to produce high-quality content.
- Visit client locations to plan and supervise promotional video shoots.
- Manage multiple clients’ social media accounts and maintain consistent posting schedules.
- Research trending topics, viral content ideas, hashtags, and social media trends.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
- Develop creative marketing campaigns for restaurants, retail stores, showrooms, and other businesses.
- Monitor engagement, audience growth, leads, and campaign performance.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Communicate with clients to understand their branding and marketing requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.




- Solid understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and current social media trends.
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid social media advertising.
- Basic understanding of video production, editing, and content creation.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of audience engagement, branding, and lead generation.
