Role Description This full-time, on-site Social Media Manager D2C role is based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, execute, and manage direct-to-consumer social media campaigns across platforms, ensuring consistent brand presence and engagement. Daily responsibilities include developing content calendars, drafting and publishing posts, optimizing content for platform performance, monitoring analytics, and responding to audience interactions. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for creative assets, aligning social media activity with broader marketing strategies,



and staying updated on trends and best practices in social media for D2C brands.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
- Candidates should possess solid Content Strategy and Writing skills to create engaging, on-brand messaging and effective campaign narratives.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with online communities.
- Experience working with D2C brands or consumer-facing campaigns, including use of social media analytics tools and performance reporting, is beneficial.
- A background in marketing, communications, or a related field, along with familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube), is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area, manage multiple projects, and adapt quickly to changing priorities is required.
