Social Media Manager: 4-month political campaign, Uttarakhand

We're running social media for a senior political leader in Uttarakhand through the 2027 assembly election, and we need one person to lead the accounts day to day.

What you'll do

- Run the official accounts and a network of supporter pages: what goes out, when, and on which platform.
- Grow pages that matter, with real reach and real engagement.
- Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta and YouTube, and know what to change when an ad isn't working.
- Respond fast when a story or an attack breaks, in the right tone for the official account and for the supporter pages.
- Work with designers, video editors and a ground team that sends stories from the constituency every day.

What you need





- You've built pages from zero and grown them substantially. Show us the numbers.
- You've run ads with your own budget decisions, not just boosted posts.
- You understand politics: how a statement plays, how the opposition works, and what changes once the Code of Conduct starts.
- Solid Hindi. Garhwali is a plus.
- Preferably from Uttarakhand, or you've worked on Uttarakhand for a meaningful stretch.
