Job Summary

Visko Group is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and trend-aware Social Media Intern to manage and grow the company's social media presence. The candidate will assist in content creation, social media planning, audience engagement, and performance analysis across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update social media accounts across relevant platforms.

- Create engaging content for Instagram posts, reels, stories, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

- Assist in developing and executing social media content calendars.

- Research trending topics, hashtags, audio, and social media trends.

- Write creative captions, post descriptions, and engaging copy.

- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams.

- Assist in creating reels, short-form videos, promotional creatives, and campaigns.

- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.

- Track social media performance, reach, impressions, followers, and engagement rates.

- Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to improve brand visibility.





- Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Creative thinking and strong content-writing skills.

- Knowledge of Canva and basic photo or video editing tools is preferred.

- Understanding of hashtags, social media trends, and audience engagement.

- Good communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to generate fresh content ideas and work collaboratively.

- Willingness to learn social media analytics and digital marketing tools.
