JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and organized Social Media Manager to manage social media accounts, research content trends, develop content calendars, coordinate with clients, and assist in content production.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, understand social media platforms, coordinate effectively with clients and creative teams, and be willing to appear on camera for brand content when required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

- Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant social media accounts.
- Schedule and publish reels, carousels, stories, and static posts.
- Maintain brand consistency and posting schedules.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors.

2. CONTENT RESEARCH AND PLANNING

- Research social media trends, competitors, and audience preferences.
- Develop creative content ideas for different brands.
- Prepare monthly content calendars and weekly posting schedules.
- Create content briefs, captions, hooks, references, and basic scripts.

3. CLIENT COMMUNICATION

- Understand client requirements, objectives, and feedback.
- Coordinate content approvals, revisions, and publishing schedules.
- Maintain communication between clients and the creative team.
- Track pending approvals and deadlines.

4. SHOOT ASSISTANCE AND CONTENT PRODUCTION

- Assist during brand shoots,



photoshoots, and video shoots.
- Coordinate with videographers, editors, and graphic designers.
- Prepare shoot plans, shot lists, scripts, and creative references.
- Ensure content production follows the approved plan.

5. ON-CAMERA PRESENTATION AND ANCHORING

- Appear on camera for reels, promotional videos, interviews, and brand content when required.
- Present products, services, and brand stories confidently.
- Assist with scripting, voiceovers, and video presentations.
- Represent client brands professionally during shoots.

6. PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS AND REPORTING

- Monitor reach, impressions, views, engagement, and follower growth.
- Analyse content performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare basic monthly social media reports.
- Recommend ideas to improve engagement and account performance.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Creative thinking and interest in digital marketing.
- Strong planning, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Confidence in front of the camera.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics is an advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

- Graduate in any discipline; marketing, mass communication, or journalism preferred.
- Freshers with relevant skills, internships, or a robust portfolio can apply.
- Prior experience in social media management or a digital marketing agency is an advantage.
- A portfolio of managed accounts or content projects is preferred, if available.
