Role Description The Social Media Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

The Social Media

Executive will manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms by planning and executing campaigns, posting content, and monitoring engagement.

Responsibilities include creating and editing social media posts, optimizing content for different channels, responding to comments and messages, and supporting brand visibility initiatives.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to gather information, aligning social media activities with marketing objectives, and tracking performance metrics to refine social media strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.

- Candidates should possess Media Planning skills to schedule content, plan campaigns, and allocate resources effectively.

- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication and Writing skills for creating engaging posts and interacting with online audiences.

- Candidates should possess familiarity with major social media tools and analytics platforms, along with basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts.

- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, plus prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role, is preferred.
