Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories and other social media content.
- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Write creative captions, posts and promotional content aligned with the brand.
- Coordinate with the design and content team for creatives, videos and campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags and competitor activities.
- Increase engagement, followers, reach and overall brand visibility.
- Respond to comments, messages and enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests and promotional activities.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement and growth.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support lead-generation and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats and platform algorithms.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate with good communication and creative skills.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing preferred.



Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of Canva and video/reel editing tools will be an advantage.
- Strong writing, proofreading and content-creation skills.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Valuable organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Candidates who are proactive, creative and willing to learn are preferred.
- The person should have following skills
- 1. Social media management, in and out! Paid unpaid viral everything

- 1. They should have the basic idea of video production, editing, UX/UI and Aesthetics

- 1. Should be interested in upcoming innovation and AI trends

- 1. Brilliant grammatical and communication skills

- 1. Creative individual with previous experience

Compensation & Working Details Working Hours: To be discussed.

Work Location: Noida – In Person

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
