We are looking for a creative, proactive, and confident Social Media & PR Executive to manage Alex’s online presence, develop his personality and brand identity, engage with his audience, and explore exciting collaboration and partnership opportunities.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands internet culture, communicates confidently, takes initiative, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, unconventional environment.

You will be the person behind Alex’s digital presence — managing social media platforms, building relationships with brands and creators, handling communications, coordinating meetings, and identifying opportunities to grow his visibility and commercial potential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management & Growth

- Manage Alex’s Instagram and other relevant social media platforms.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
- Plan content calendars and coordinate content creation and publishing.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour, and platform updates.
- Develop creative ideas to make Alex more engaging, relatable, and recognizable online.
- Track performance metrics and recommend improvements based on insights.

2. Community Management & Communication

- Respond to comments, direct messages, enquiries, and collaboration requests promptly and professionally.
- Build meaningful relationships with Alex’s online community.
- Manage incoming communications and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Identify potential collaborators, creators, fans, and business opportunities through social media interactions.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and personality across all communications.

3. Public Relations & Brand Partnerships

- Identify and approach brands, influencers, creators, agencies, and potential partners.
- Explore sponsorships, paid collaborations, brand integrations,



and promotional opportunities.
- Handle incoming brand enquiries and coordinate partnership discussions.
- Prepare collaboration pitches and communicate Alex’s value proposition to prospective partners.
- Support negotiations and follow up on opportunities through to closure.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with relevant industry contacts.

4. Meetings, Events & Representation

- Coordinate meetings with brands, creators, agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Attend meetings and represent Alex and his brand professionally.
- Coordinate shoots, events, collaborations, and promotional activities.
- Travel when required for meetings, shoots, events, and brand engagements.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between external partners and the internal team.

5. Internal Coordination & Brand Development

- Work closely with the internal team responsible for Alex’s training, development, and operations.
- Understand Alex’s evolving capabilities, personality, and journey to develop relevant communication and content ideas.
- Brainstorm innovative campaigns, storytelling concepts, and audience engagement activities.
- Identify opportunities to expand Alex’s digital presence and build his identity as a personality and brand.
