Feline Media is looking for a Social Media Executive to manage and grow the social media presence of Sarthak Goswami across platforms. We need someone who understands digital content, has a strong sense of what's trending, and can create engaging content that connects with the audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow Sarthak Goswami’s social media accounts across Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute social media content calendars aligned with upcoming videos, shows, and campaigns.
- Create engaging captions, posts, stories, reels, and other platform-specific content.
- Stay updated with trending topics, memes, viral formats, and current affairs relevant to the audience.
- Coordinate with the video editing and creative teams to ensure timely delivery of social media content.
- Identify opportunities to repurpose long-form videos into engaging short-form content.




- Monitor social media performance, track engagement metrics, and suggest improvements.
- Engage with the online community and identify ways to increase audience interaction.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, content quality, and posting schedules.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in digital media, entertainment, or the creator economy.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, reels, shorts, and social media trends.
- Excellent communication and caption-writing skills.
- A creative mindset with the ability to identify trending and engaging content ideas.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced media environment and meet deadlines.
