Role Description The Social Media Coordinator role at Quilworts is a full-time, on-site position based in Firozabad. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms aligned with Quilworts’ mission and brand voice.

The Social Media

Coordinator will manage daily posting schedules, monitor audience interactions, respond to messages and comments, and track performance metrics to improve reach and engagement.



The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to support campaigns for the Digital, Consulting, and PTE Mentoring pathways, as well as assisting in basic digital marketing activities. The coordinator is expected to stay updated on social media trends and recommend new ideas to enhance Quilworts’ online presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation to design, write, and adapt posts for different platforms.

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to support campaigns, audience growth, and engagement strategies.

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Writing skills to convey clear, inclusive, and audience-focused messages.

- Candidates should have familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and basic analytics tools.

- Candidates should demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Firozabad and collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Relevant coursework or experience in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is beneficial; prior internship or project experience in social media is an advantage.
