- Community Engagement: Respond promptly to comments, direct messages, and mentions to foster a loyal online community and handle basic customer queries.
- Social Listening & Trends: Stay updated on internet trends, viral audio, and industry news to pivot content strategy quickly.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics—such as engagement rates, follower growth, and reach—and compile weekly or monthly performance reports.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, New Media,



or a related field (or equivalent practical experience with a solid portfolio).
- Technical Tools: Proficiency with graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and video editing mobile apps (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro).
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of the algorithms, features, and target demographics of major social platforms.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written communication, creative storytelling, time management, and a sharp eye for visual aesthetics.
