We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Corporate Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programs that enhance employee skills, productivity, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities: -

Identify training and development needs across departments.

- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and induction sessions.
- Conduct soft skills, communication, behavioral, and process-related training.Develop training materials, presentations, assessments, and learning resources.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand skill gaps and training requirements.Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes.
- Maintain training calendars, attendance, feedback, and training reports.Support employee onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.




- Stay updated with modern training methodologies and industry practices.

Key Skills: - Positive knowledge of learning and training methodologies.

Ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.

Confident public speaking and classroom management.

Qualifications: -

Prior experience in corporate training, preferably in retail healthcare, will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Kannur District, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:
- Corporate Training: 4 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:
- 75% (Preferred)
