Role Description The Site Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Telangana, India.

The Site

Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site operations, including monitoring construction activities, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams, and ensuring work is executed as per approved plans and standards.

Responsibilities include supervising site staff, managing schedules, tracking progress, and reporting on milestones, risks, and resource needs. The role also involves enforcing safety protocols, maintaining site documentation, and supporting compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Supervisor will help ensure timely, quality delivery of projects while protecting company assets and upholding Sindhu Escon’s standards of transparency and professional governance.

Qualifications

- Strong site supervision skills, including daily monitoring of work, workforce coordination, and basic project scheduling and reporting.
- Practical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards, preferably in real estate, land development, or infrastructure projects.
- Ability to interpret drawings and plans, maintain site records, and support compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with contractors, vendors, local authorities, and internal stakeholders.
- Basic proficiency in using phones, email, and common office or project tracking tools for documentation and reporting.
- Relevant technical qualification such as a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience in site management or supervision roles; experience in Andhra Pradesh or Telangana real estate projects is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site full time, adapt to field conditions, and travel between project locations as needed.
