Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

- 5+ years of recent hands-on experience with Sitecore; 2+ years of recent hands-on experience with Sitecore headless, XM Cloud
- Experience with all aspects of Sitecore development and deployment
- Experience with Sitecore Search, Content Hub
- Certified on Sitecore 10 or XM Cloud or SitecoreAI CMS developer
- Experience with migrating from Sitecore XM/XP to Sitecore XM Cloud
- Experience with Sitecore upgrade, Sitecore on Azure
- Experience on Helix, SXA, serialization, customizations, integrations, GraphQL
- Experience on Devops with Sitecore
- Must have performed role of a Architect for a Sitecore implementation program
- Must be able to design solutions with Sitecore and engage effectively in discussion of solutions with client




- Capable of leading a team of developers for Sitecore implementations
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must possess thought leadership and solid analytical thinking
- Experience with Vercel
- Experience with Next.js and React.js front end build
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, React, CSS)
- Good understanding of all capabilities of SitecoreAI and leveraging them
- Experience in leveraging AI to increase productivity

Good-to-Have(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

- Experience/ certification on Sitecore other offerings: CDP, Personalize
- Exposure to other CMS products
- Sitecore MVP
- AI solutions experience

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Design Sitecore solutions with their traditional and latest composable offerings in line with best practices

Interaction with Customers & their architects on solutioning, Sitecore architecture etc.

Work with the team on any technical blocker they face

Guides team and review teams work for Sitecore best practices

5

Candidate should be ready to do hands-on development as well when needed

6

Supports CoE in creation of collaterals, conduct training, respond to RFPs
